My new install of ISA 2004 is allowing users to get through to Hotmail & Yahoo, but when they open their mail/mailbox area the page returns blank. I WANT to allow them though. Anybody have thoughts on this? I've scoured the internet for help. Thanks!

Hi G,

Works fine for me.

What are the details of the rule you created to allow access to those sites?

Thanks!
Tom

I've tried all the ISA suggestions on this forum to no avail (Direct Access, Header Stripping, etc..) The solution was on my PIX. I used the following link as my guide. Thanks Tom, for your many inputs throughout this forum. I am now resolved. -GS

got the same problem for filtered http users. I added sites to trusted but its didnt help. Since only few managers really need to check their yahoo/hotmail/aol e-mails i just simple created a new users group with advanced rights.
Its seems like mentioned sites all got in common some activeX, javascript security check at login. Because i`ve got blocket all audio/video/exe content over http for regular users ISA2004 was blocking the next pages or part of it and its caused blank pages to appear. After i gave my managers acces to audio/video yahoo and the rest start working.
