Outgoing 6881-6889/tcp, incoming secondary connection 6881-6889/tcp.

http://www.arkane-systems.net/products/free/protocols/BitTorrent.xml

(Won't work perfectly, as torrent 'servers' are permitted to use ports outside the 6881-6889 range, but works well enough in practice. Of course, inasmuch as BitTorrent requires incoming connectivity to get a decent download rate, this is probably best kept to small networks.)

I allow this protocol, the one you made.
I get with every tracker a error.
Error:

Problem connecting to tracker - urlopen error ('10061 connection refused')

Do you know a solution

I have now blocked the BitTorrent gui, but how do I block the Azurus client? Ports 6881-6889 are blocked, but the Azurus client still manages to connect...

Hi Alistair

How is this XML file to be used? I'm trying to enable BitTorrent uploads in my ISA setup, and I'm not having much luck. (As you may have guessed, I'm pretty new to this.)

If you could list a step-by-step instruction, or point me to one, I'd very much appreciate it. I tried adding a Server Publishing Rule, but toward the end of the wizard I was prompted to select a server type from a list that had no selection related to BT (it began with Exchange RPC, I think).

Thanks,
Jeff
