Hi,

I want to setup a Secondary DNS zone which has to be replicated from the hosting provider (primary DNS)to my Windows server with ISA, what rule should I have to make to allow this ?

Thanks

Hi PM,

Create an AR that allows the DNS protocol from the source to Destination Network.

HOWEVER, I HIGHLY recommend that you do not run an authoritative DNS server on the ISA firewall. You can run a caching-only DNS server on the ISA firewall, but don't run an authoritative DNS server if you don't have to.

HTH,
Tom
