what are the default gateways in a back to back config situation?
external interface DG=external router
internal interface DG=internal router?

or internal interface DG=127.0.0.1

isa server is my back firewall providing secure OWA 2003 from DMZ to Internal.

Your ISA's should only have a DG on their external interface.

The back ISA will want a DG pointing to the internal interface of the front ISA on it's external interface.

The front ISA will want to point to your internet router with the default gateway configured on it's exernal interface.
