DNS Cache-only on Windows Server 2003?

Are they now referring to it as a "stub zone"?

I went through on my Windows 2000 Server VPC and it is called "cache-only".

They are not the same.

DNS cache-only server has no zone in it, where as stub zone contains a zone with SOA, NS and its A records.
