If I enable Firewall client on ISA Server, do I have to do anything on the client machine to use "Firewall Client"? "[Confused]"

you have to install the firewall client software on each workstation that you intened to use. This is made available by the ISA Server as a network share. Browse your local network shares of isa server computer for a folder named "mspclnt".

You should install the firewall client software from the network share of Isa Server computer on each "Firewall client" machine.
