I am having this problem with a newly installed ISA 2004:

From clients with Win2000 and ISA Client2004 there is no problem, everything works fine.

From clients with WinXP (SP1 and SP2) nothing works ok! One of the clients fails even to "see" the ISA server form the firewall client, other clients are able to "see" the server from the firewall client but cannot browse the internet.

I can see from the logs that the client that can't access web pages gets these results:

Destination IP: (Its the internal IP of ISA)
Destination port: 8080
Protocol: Unidentified IP Traffic
Action: Denied connection
Client IP: (The client's IP)
Source Network: Internal
Destination Metwork: Local host

It looks like a logon failure? Does anyone know something about this?

Also, I think that with the previous Firewall Client (2000), the XP machines worked fine! Unfortunately I cannot uninstall now the 2004 client, I get an error!

Thanks! "[Smile]"

Hi Stako,

Does it work when authentication is enforced?

Thanks!
Tom
