I have a fairly annoying problem where about once a day I have to reboot my ISA server because it looses the ability to connect to internal sites. External sites and authentication are unaffected. I should also mention that i cannot hit these sites by ip address either and can resolve ther correct address. If i remove the proxy settings from the browser i can get to them, no problem. Any Ideas will be appreciated. "[Mad]" mroe@dapsco.com

Hi Mike,

Are you using the ISA firewall as a workstation? Why would it need to connect to internal sites?

Thanks!
Tom

In my experience with ISA 2004, you need to have a rule that gives your internal network outbound access to your internal network via all protocols over any authentication condition you choose.

Is the internal site on the same box as the ISA server?
