I have a problem in sending files via FTP through a ISA proxy/firewall. The error code returned is always 12014. This is a WinInet error for Incorrect password. But, when I connect directly to the internet, I am able to upload my files successfully.
You probably do not want to have an "all networks" to "all networks" rule. Set the rule to internal to "all networks" for "all users" assuming you do not require authentication and want secureNAT client to be able to FTP.
Then check the rule order to insure it's correct. Check your routing and gateways to verify they are correct.
I have same problem: I can connect to ftp server and browse but I can't upload files. When I try it I receive: 550 Access is denied. I have rights and I am able to upload through different old proxy-server (ISA2000). I created an allow rule for FTP protocol from internal to All Networks for all users.
When I try upload through WebProxy I don't receive error and upload is finished but on ftp server there aren't files which I uploaded...
