Hi, I have used the vpn configurator to setup vpn access, and I can connect to the server, but finally get an access denied, probably due to protocol mismatch or something like that.

In the logfile I see the following message over and over. it has to do with port 1900 and some messages log port 138 but I don't know how to solve it.
any suggestions ?

Hi PM,

Those log file entries have nothing to do with the VPN configuration. However, if you don't want to see them, you can configure Access Rules to deny that traffic and then configure the rules to not log that traffic.

HTH,
Tom

Hi,

Thank you for your reply, you're right, I can filter the traffic out to remove it from the log, but my problem is I am not able to setup a VPN connection.

So I was looking in the log to see what is going wrong.

The message I get at the VPN client is : The verification server did not respond in time to your verification request.

how can I troubleshoot this to see what is going wrong ?

thank you
