Trust broke after ISA install

Before installing the firewall, we had TWO domains with trusts set up between them. After the move, the trust is only one way, with an RPC server not found error generated from the other. Any ideas as to why this happened?

Hi Imaginos,ISA should have no effect on domain trusts. Is ISA Server installed on a DC?

Nope - Standalone box with NOTHING on it. Moved two domains behind it, and after the move, the trust between the two broke. Actually, got it working again by deleting and recreating the lookups between the two DNS servers for the domains.
