I have installed ISA Server on Windows 2000 Server in Integrated Mode. When I apply 'Allow All' rule in 'Access Policy -> Site and content Rules' and in 'Acces Policy -> Protocol Rules', every client in my network with firewall client is able to connect to Yahoo Instant Messenger Service. But when I apply any restrictions in 'Site and Content Rules' or 'Protocol Rules' none of the client is able to connect Yahoo Messenger. What is the reason for this and how to solve it?
Its a failing of the YM to work with the Web Proxy client configuration, so its not able to send credentials. Good thing, since IM'ers are BIG security holes and should not be allowed through firewalls!

Thanks For Your Reply.....
The thing is Yahoo Instant Messenger Service uses port no. 5050. Even I tried to open the port, but all useless. Then also Yahoo Messenger does not work. You also tell me the way if possible to connect if it uses port no. 5050.
