Hi,

I have four support reps that need to know the remote users local ip address for VPN support. We have been using RDP, but we are having a problem with the two user limit. Is there a remote utility or any other way to Manage the RRAS to see who is using what IP address though a VPN connection on the ISA server?

Hi RG,

Check the ISA firewall's log files -- they provide comprehensiive information on all connections. Also, remember the ISA firewall isn't a dumb firewall (e.g. PIX), so you have a lot of access control options for remote access VPN connections. Check out the articles on the ISA firewall's VPN server and access controls on this site, and you'll see what I mean.

Thanks!
Tom
