Hello.

Is there a way to isolate the alerts generated on the internal interface.

I keep getting port scan and intrusion detection on the internal interface from internal machins.

Please help me.

Hi,

port scanning and intrusion from internal machines
can possibly mean that you have malware running on your network, try to check the logs for the sources of these scans, then chech these machines for malware.

HTH.
