Hello all,

I don't know if this is a very stupid config mistake I made or not, but here it goes;

For some reason audio and video streams don't show in my monitoring and reports. I know people are using them because I see them when rummaging through netstat -an, but running monitoring to show live allowed traffic I can't find a single instance of it. Does anyone know if this is a generic problem or am I doing something completely wrong?

Hello Pascal,

The monitoring should be done in the monitoring section in the ISA MMC you can then define what to monitor. The method you are using is not the most comprehensive method to check.

Hi Ricky,

Thanks for the reaction. The problem I have at the moment is that in the daily reports there is no information whatsoever about mms and rtsp streams at all. I've tested this by bravely volunteering to listen to separate streams, but none showed up in either the daily logs, nor was is visible in the 'allowed traffic' monitoring query. I guess they should be there right?
