Is this possible with ISA Server 2004 to block flash web sites ans flash animations?

Hi,

You can block it by extentions. If I'm not mistaken the extension for flash is .swf

Correct and you can also use content management to do this.

Thanks, i created a new content item named Flash and put this type of content in it:

application/futuresplash
application/x-shockwave-flash
application/x-shockwave-flash2-preview
image/vnd.rn-realflash
.swf

Then i created a new firewall policies that refuse the type of content named Flash.

It worked great. When you try to access a Flash web site, the site doesn't load.

hmm ... I had the same problem Jerome and tried your solution and it works for some sites but sites like missuniverse.com still play back flash content ! do you know why it is like that ??
