"Reject HTTP request from firewall and Secure NAT clients"

i take it that isa 2004 does not have this option like isa 2000 did.

Am I right in thinking that if I want clients not to bypass the proxy service I put a rule in isa 2004 stating the only machine that has internet access is the proxy server itself?

Hi ISA user,

You can drop all requests from SecureNAT clients by requiring authentication.

Firewall client credentials are automatically sent to the Web Proxy filter, so you don't need to deny Firewall client connections any more.

However, you can unbind the Web Proxy filter from the HTTP protocol, and that will cause the Firewall client to bypass the Web Proxy filter.

HTH,
Tom
