I've had ISA 2004 installed and working for a while now, but whenever i run any reports, they always tell me that there was 100% of information not available in the cache. I've configured the cache, and the dir. + file exist on the drive, but it just doesnt seem to be functioning.

anyone have any suggestions?

Hi T,
Check out the performance monitor cache objects and see what they say.

Have you configured the clients as Web Proxy clients?

Thanks!
Tom

Hi Tom,

I had a look at the performance monitor for ISA cache, which objects in particular are the ones that i should be looking at to determine the problem?
There is a little activity up and down on URL commit Rate object, and some other ones are holding steady at a certain value. (total urls cached, urls retrieved, etc)

But the report in ISA tells me 100% of requests to cache were information not available.
