Hello There,

I'd like too find out the way to caching Windows Update content. We update hundres of computers per week for diferents pomanies so no way to use SUS/WXPSP2.
I got this from ISA Server 2004 FAQ Caching:

Windows Update transfers data used Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS). BITS allows an application to download a file in portions, and uses HTTP range headers to do this. ISA Server does not support caching of ranges.

What do you think about my problem???
Any solution will be WELLCOME "[Embarrassed]" )

Thanks a lot

Yes. Windows update uses bits and they wonĘt get cached. So the only option is using sus or new WUS or use a third party patch management tool [Big Grin]
