Has anybody successfully configured caching on ISA 2004 Enterprise Edition?

When I enable caching, i've the following error
---
The cache was not properly initialized. caching will be disabled (internal code 503.281.4.0.3439.50). Identify the specific reason for the failure from previous relevant event logs. Fix the problem, and then restart the Firewall service to enable caching.

2 x ISA 2004 EE member of AD
3 NIC (1 x int, 1 x ext, 1 intra-array)
configured as an array.

Please help!

I got it working. [Smile]
it's was NTFS permission. it's required NETWORK SERVICE with Full Control on the drive.

Indeed, me too. [Frown]
Running ISA 2004 EE on two array members, caching on second array member fails.
Added NETWORKING SERVICE with full control on the NTFS-drive that holds the cache file, restarted Firewall Services and caching is up and running... [Smile]

Well, I have two ISA 2004 in an array (ISA 2004 EE). I have been trying to get the cache configured. I have configured the drives on each server, made sure the NTFS permission has Network Services (full control) access. I also made sure HTTP cache was enabled. I checked all configurations and all seem to be fine.

However, when I ran reports, I have the big pie chart saying zero response has been returned from cache.

What am I missing? In the past, when I had servers not in the array (ISA 2000), I did not have to do much. I remembered everything was pretty much default and it just worked. Now I have an array and I could not make cache work!
