Is there any relationship between installed memory and the proxy cache size I set with ISA 2004?
It's installed on Server 2003 if that helps.

We've dedicated a physical drive to the cache. It's a 70 gig drive. We have 4 gig of ram in the server.
Should we use ALL or most of the available space on the physical cache drive for the cache?

Hi Jolly,

That cache size will causes performance issues. In general, 5-10MB per user is a good size, but the disk cache is much less important than the in-memory cache. I tend to send an uppper limit for cache size of about 10GB. But performance metrics are the key to optimizing the disk cache.

HTH,
Tom
