The following is quite frustrating.
I have used the Secure web publishing wizard to publish a web site sitting in my in-site network while my isa (single adapter) is in the DMZ. i installed the certificate on the web server then imported it into the ISA. the certificate common name is WebServerName.Domain.com. now, my listner is using this certificate and bridges https to https. the main page of my web site works great with this, and the certificate is ok. the problem is, when i press on links inside the web page, it turn back to normal HTTP not HTTPS, with no SSL lock, or cert!
Are you certain that ISA is doing this and not the application itself? I work with a lot of non-MS apps (140 web apps hosted through our ISA infrastructure) and the vast majority of the time, it's the apps fault - for example, making a HrefbaseURL=http://blah.blah.com instead f HTTPS, among many others.
Try using the Link Translation feature to change http://server.domain.com to https://server.domain.com and see if it helps. Depending on the type of Content Type that is returned from the web server, you might have to enable other Content Types as ISA only "Link Translates" HTML docs by default - most of the time I see this, the Content Type is application or text.
