Hello.

I enabled caching to the ISA 2004 server and I noticed that ISA cached the company's web site and begun serving the outside users from the cache.

Recently, an internal user updated a part of the company's web site but the change was not propagated to the ISA 2004 cache.

The problem is that our external users get the old version of the company's site from the ISA 2004 cache.

I was forced to disable caching in order to prevent external users to access the company's web site from the ISA 2004 cache.

Any ideas how to configure ISA 2004 to refresh its cache more frequently.

Would a possible solution be, to put your company website URL into a URL Set, which you could add as an exception to your cache rules?

This would allow normal caching for all websites, except the company web site.

To make ISA cache more frequently you would need to reduce the Time-to-live.

Good day,

This sometimes happens, I found that if you remove the cache server reduce to 1 meg and then make it bigger to let say 1000 meg the problem stops happening and works again.
