Hello,

I've 2 ISA 2004 servers deployed as a web chain. Some of the requests are redirected to upstream proxy which also watches Internet connection. Now,
when I directly use upstream proxy to surf, I'm quite fast. When I use the other (what's that called, downstream?) the web sites come as if they're not cached at all. It's considerably slow, even if you have visited that page earlier. The servers are connected to each other with 100Mb local link, so network shouldn't be problem. The servers themselves are P4 class with both hosting a gig of RAM, so h/w shouldn't be a problem either. The cache on servers is running and reports show nice hit ratio for both. Any ideas?
