Config: Windows Server 2003(SP1) with ISA 2004(SP1). I had help setting up the system and all is working okay. We even had remote desktop working okay, but after I've updated Windows 2003 with SP1 and all critical updates, I'm unable to access the system. Any suggestions?

I presume you mean RDP to the ISA server from the inside. You need to go in TSC and define the listenier on the internal NIC.
