event error 21137 (Full Version)

The web site that we are hosting encounters this error every time . It states that there is a connectivity verifier error. The webpage can be accessed by some and others recieved a connection timed out error. Need help . we are running ISA 2004

Hi Programmer,

This section is really supposed to about Events, not Event IDs, but I understand the misunderstanding
