People,

Does anybody know why FETCH API is listed at the top of the users report as handling the most data. It is responsible for 9GB of traffic last month!

Hi Taruka,

The Fetch API is doing the automatic content download from your content download service jobs.

I had the same problem with a daily scheduled content download from www.microsoft.com. The download job ran continuously through the day and was consuming most of my bandwidth. I finally had to kill the job. I also found a couple of other jobs that were doing the same thing. Any idea as to what could be wrong? At this point, I have killed all daily content download jobs.

Hi K,

Check out how many links deep you're downloading. The default is something very high, like 9999. Change it to 1 and see what happens. But realize that if you want to download the Microsoft site, its going to take a long time [Wink]

HTH,
Tom
