Connection Limit Exceeded (Full Version)

I know I have heard of a fix for this, but me and google can't find it this morning :>) And of course the link at the bottom of the event says no information is available if you click it.

The only way that I'm aware of is to go into Configuration\General -> Define Connection Limits and add that client's IP into the Custom Connection Limit field.
