Hi Nathan,

Me again, I spoke too soon about voice clarity, etc., as of late we have found that it has gone down considerably as more users get online for checking e-mail, etc.

In one of your posts you mentioned you use a "Bandwidth Controller". Please, if possible let me know which one you are using as I have tried a couple and found that they don't quite do the job, i.e., they do reduce the bandwidth available to a normal connection, but don't seem to have any effect on VOIP.

PS: Have as yet not received the screen shots, am eager to see the differences in our setups.
