gavinj@jtech -> ISA Server 2004 on SBS 2003 Premium (29.Aug.2005 9:22:00 PM)
|
I have upgraded two client's machines to SBS 2003 SP1, which of course includes a free (aha??) upgrade to ISA Server 2004. So, all good so far, except that it breaks DHCP services and so, thankfully the easy fix was simply manually configuring each workstation to a manual ip address. Rules were automatically created during the upgrade which allow both requests to be passed to the server and replies to be returned to the Clients, but no joy. I have manually replicated these rules as well, and promoted them to the top of the list, but still no joy.
Second issue is that connectivity to mobile devices has also been broken. I guess in the short term, back to ISA Server 2000 until I have resolved this issue. However, any ideas would be most gratefully received.
Regards,
Gavin
