Sorry for the Double post, but I decided this needed it's own topic.

I seem to be missing something... I just checked my ISA Server Version in the ISA Management MMC and I did NOT get the upgrade to ISA Firewall 2004.

Sorry for the terribly newbie question, but I followed this document from MS to the letter:

SBS Server Update Instructions

At what point does the ISA server receive the upgrade? I can try running through the instructions again, but I have already been through it 2 times.

Running Win SBS 2003 Premium w/ ISA Installed, no SQL install.

Any help would be appreciated!

Question answered...

CD has been ordered from MS...

Does anyone know how timely they are about shipping?

Thanks again,

AK

Mine have been coming within 5 days. They really need to say "Hey if you have premium edition, don't download, order the CD's"

If you've installed the Windows 2003 SP1 portion, you might want to roll it back. ISA 2000 doesn't get along well with it.

Are you kidding me? Please tell me I don't have to seriously roll everything back... I've had some issues, VPN, etc., but I have worked through them. So, if I'm currently running OK in Production, then I should be OK to just reapply the SBS SP from CD and upgrade ISA Server, correct?

If it's working then don't mess with it. If you've installed all of the other components, then the only thing you'll be installing off the CD is ISA2004.

Oh it's working, after a very long support call to MS... Luckily, they were all known issues from the SP1, so they hotfixed me enough to have a workable system... Then refunded the call.

My SBS 2003 SP1 CD is finally showing shipped. So, now I just wait and pray...

Well, I got my discs and upgraded to ISA 2004. Everything seemed fine. That was until this morning when it started taking users 20 minutes to log in. Event Viewer is showing IP Spoofing attempts from my internal IP addresses.

I'm at a loss, our entire network seems to be moving at a snail's pace... Company Intranet, Internet Requests, you name it, it seems to be affected.

Sounds like your NIC settings are not correct on the server. Check them and then rerun the connection to the internet wizard.
