Hello there,

I have different website

web1
internal IP address: 172.16.16.1
FQDN http://web1.project96.net

web2:
internal IP address: 172.16.16.2
FQDN: http://web2.project96.net

Web3:
internal IP address: 172.16.16.3
FQDN http://web3.project96.net

All these website can be opened and browse by internal client

I have a URL redirect http://www.project96.cjb.net which open my internal website http://web1.project96.net

my aim is that i want to my other internal website to be opened by external client (internet). For example, users can opened by using http://web2.project96.cjb.net which will open internal website http://web2.project96.net

Does anyone help me how to solve my aim above?

Please help me...

Thank you Chris for replying...But i am a little bit confused here..

In my thinking is that, if i want to publsih this multiple website, i have to publish my internal DNS to external using Server publishing in ISA and make a zone for project96.cjb.net. But his one I don't know how to do it.

Another way of my thinking is that, as i mention earlier, i have URL rdirected http://www.project96.cjb.net and make destination for each of the website.

To illustrate my point, I make destinations of each website in ISA server wwww.web2.project96.cjb.net redirect my internal interface web to http://web2.project96.net

FYI, domain Project96.net is my internal domain.

Here is my aim, I have the external domain which
i register at cjb.net which is called project96.cjb.net

my aim:

I want to using my external url domain to point each of the website below:

http://www.web2.project96.cjb.net
redirect to internal: http://web2.project96.net

http://www.web3.project96.cjb.net
redirect to internal http://web3.project96.net

BUT HOW I DO THIS HTTP://WWW.WEB2.PROJECT96.CJB.NET,
HTTP://WWW.WEB3.PROJECT96.CJB.NET

is that to be register at cjb.net also?

Please reply...thank you....

Hi Ben,

You the alternate FQDN in the redirect in the Web Publishing Rule, and then use the internal DNS to resolve the redirect, or use a HOSTS file on the firewall.

Tom

after i create the primary zone, in this case, project96.cjb.net,

do i have to publish my internal DNS to external by using Server publishing in ISA server?

Hi Ben,

You don't need to publish your internal DNS. The ISA firewall just needs to be able to use the FQDN in the redirect and this FQDN needs to redirect to the internal address of the server on the internal network. A split DNS or a HOSTS file on the ISA firewall can do this.

So, i have to make a zone for project96.cjb.net?

One more things. To publish my multiple website externally, do i have to make a host A record for each website?

for example, web1.project96.cjb.net which IP address 202.152.70.10 (external IP address)
another website web2.project96.cjb.net which IP address 202.150.70.10...IS this my configuration correct? can it be the same ip address with different domain?
