What do I need to do to be able to access the web through IE using the firewall client. I had this working in Proxy 2.0. But with ISA, when I disable the proxy settings in IE, I am no longer able to get to the web. The firewall client is working because all of my other apps work (MSN Messenger ,etc.) Here is the error:
403 Forbidden - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202) Internet Security and Acceleration Server
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like a Site and Content rule is blocking access. Make sure you have the default Site and Content rule configured to allow access to all IP traffic, or at least to authenticated users.
Perhaps you're having a DNS configuration problem? Check that the DNS settings on the ISA Server are correct, and also you might want to configure your network infrastructure to support name resolution for both internal and external network clients.
