You don't need any special configuration to allow Netscape to work with ISA Server. Just make sure that Integrated Authentication isn't used for the Outgoing Web Requests listener.

you must open ISA management ,goto Servers & arrays section & under it go to your named array,right click on it ,goto properties & then you'll see the outgoing Tab ,there for the appropriate Ip address Integrated must not be selected because integrated authentication is used for windows only (Ms-chap V2)which requires mutual authentication.
