ISA Sp1, clients are sp1, and the each computer has the ISA client installed (via AD I might add, man was that easy!)

I have DHCP setup to hand out the wpad, wpad cname defined in DNS etc.

So, now when I start IE, wit the hoem page set to an outside page, I get this pause and it states "Detecting Proxy Setting".

What gives?

Thanks,
Bob

Hi Bob,

IE is detecting proxy settings. If you don't want it to do that, uncheck the automatcially detect settings checkbox.

HTH,
Tom
