Alvin -> MSN Messenger - messages not sent (5.Jun.2003 3:38:00 PM)

Hi there!
I'm having a very annoying issue, most of the times MSN Messenger works fine but at least three times a day messages are not sent; is the only service that doesn't work properly. Sometimes users appear to be connected, but they go offline as soon as they try to send a message. Don't know if this is an ISA server's issue or what, does anyone has a problem like this?
Eventhough it's not a big deal, it's very annoying as client pressure arises...
