need to open ports - 3.Jun.2005 12:38:00 PM
newbie...be gentle.
We have some users in our organization that need to connect to an external web-based application. They use Canaveral Connection Manager to do so and we run ISA server version 3.0. When their traffic is routed through the ISA server they are unable to connect. I have been in contact with the vendor support and they advise that we need to open the following ports (TCP80,443,3389,4660). Being new to the organization and not having worked with ISA before, is there someone who could provide some guidance on getting this traffic through. Thanks in advance.

You could try the Open Port Button addin but it is still prototype. Have you tried turning off web proxy and using the Firewall Client.
