My Internal network is 10.10.1.*
I run through a router with the IP of 192.168.0.1
The Internal interface of the ISA server is 192.168.0.2
The external interface of the ISA server is 192.168.2.2
I have a laptop on the external network with the IP of 192.168.2.101

How do I configure the firewall to allow the laptop to use shared resources on the Internal network, without going through a VPN?
