Hi All,
I have configured our 3xWin2003 ISA servers with NLBS. The ISA server is configured to ask for authentication, and the HTTP re-director filter is enabled. My question is how do I allow a Unix client to browser via the ISA servers without authentication? I have tried setting up a client address set to permit these clients via IP, but they keep getting a errors HTTP407 proxy authentication required. In short It is a requirement for all web proxy clients to be authenticated by their domains, but Active FTP clients are UNIX clients which do not require authentication, but connect as Firewall/ Securenat clients.
Your assistance is most appreciated
Thanks
Heath

Hi Heath,

Just remove the anonymous access rules and DO NOT force authentication at the Outgoing Web Requests listener.

HTH,
Tom
