1. is it possible to add/remove computer sets from a firewall rule using vbscript, or in some other fasion that means i wont have to do it myself every hour?

i've managed to discover that there's an SDK that has scripting samples in.

Browolf,

Remember that you can also export your configuration, or any elements within it, to an xml file which you can then import elsewhere. Unless you have dozens of ISA servers, and constantly evolving network objects (in which case, why aren't you using the Enterprise Edition?), then this is a fine way of copying objects around from one server to the next.

no only one isa server. xml sounds easier. that vbscripting is somewhat over my head. got easier things i can be getting on with [Wink]
