it turns out that when you set the proxy information in winamp to use ISA server as a proxy server (preferences, general pregerences, http proxy, then enter ip-of-isa:8000) it will cause all of the machines connected to ISA to be in perfect sync with each other (they must be streaming from the same exact server)

I ran across this a few sundays back when I came in to get some projects done and decided to liven up the office for a few hours, but got tired of streams being as much as 1-2 seconds off from each other as I went between different parts of the office.

I assume that if you changed the buffer settings from default it would cause them to again be out of sync, but since ISA is only streaming the one stream and then re-broadcasting to every station (as long as they are using it as a web-proxy, secure-nat does not do this) the stations all operate off the same stream, also saving your upstream bandwidth...
