my ISA problem

Status: offline 		we r using ISA 2004 server.

OUr ISP  gave us 4 IPs to  put in the proxy.

Internet is frequently down.
everytime i report to ISP they said to use different IPs alternatively.

I want to automate that task.
auto selecting all ISP's IPs.

how should i configure it??
