i want the right steps to do this process weel

1- i have internal dns server and active diractory and dhcp server in local network
2- isa server 2004 with two network cards

what i need to do

1- what the right firewall policy to join the dhcp and dns and AD to the isa server
2- i want to block all websites except our company web site
3- make the internet only throw my web proxy and when the user change the proxy setting in the internet optains he will not allow to get internet .
4- but firewall client
5- allow VPN from external network to internal network
6- allow remote desktop to go throw the isa server

i know i ask a lot of questions and hope to get the right answer soon
