Status: offline 		an issue I have had recently w/ ISA 2000 is being unable to check the logs to see what outgoing ports are being denied. Im not sure if ISA reports this at all, but since it isn't real time it would be moot at this point anyways.

Since ISA 2004 is real time logging, if I had a prog that was trying to get to the internet, but is being blocked, would I be able to check the logs and see what outgoing ports are being denied?

Yes! ISA 2004 has granted your wish and you are able to do this in the real time logging monitor.
