not working emule please help

surry for my bad english
but please help
i have installed isa 2004 on my server
and emule progfram on one of my pc,s
after setting isa and opening the ports my emul get working
but the speed is too low and when i click on one of the servers it says that your 4662 port is close or something else and chek your configuration
please help me
i use a sattelite modem and a cisco 1700 router
is it possible that the port is close from the router ?
if it is true how can i underestand it and fix this

Status: offline 		You need to open the emule ports on your cisco router and pass then on the the isa server's external card.
