Dear Members I am new to ISA forum. Kindly help to sort out my problem.

I have 2 problems
a) I have email admin account given by the host company. The admin accounts not work when I use ISA. To use admin account I have to stop ISA. I talk with the hosting company they said u have to open port. I tried this first by defining protocol defination for that port 19638 as UDP for send and receive. Other defination with 19638 at TCP inbound and add 19638 as outbound.

how to rectify this problem.

My other with continuation to this. My boss use stock trading account he wants me to install that on his system. For that company operating accounts has given software and said u have to open port. I tried same by opening port but when he told me to ping his system it was not working. He said u try to open port and ping system then call.

When I ping in both the situation on ISA Server both system are ping but when try to ping from workstation its not working.

please help in both the cases
