outgoing PPTP cant conn - ISA drop GRE

I have ISA 2006.
I have some problem with outgoing VPN :(
My server is connected through VPN to a remote server of the provider (it is used PPTP).
Connection is instantly established successfully, authorisation passes good.
But the traffic through connection does not go.

In ipconfig i see next (if RRAS down):

I will notice, that on the same server, but before installation ISA2006 all was great.

Status: offline 		I have solved the problem!
Problem was not in GRE. And not in PPTP.
All was corrected by switching-off antispoofing in ISA2006.

Added this key: 
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FwEng\Parameters]
"DisableSpoofDetection"=dword:00000001
