p2p programs

Status: offline 		Dear all,
I have installed ISA 2000 in integrated mode,i'm using secureNAT client method,
internet browsing is OK,all P2P are running(MSN,Yahoo,eMule)
the problem happened when i changed the protocol rule to allow only domain users,
i mean Applies to "Users and groups"......
the browsing is ok but P2P-MSN-Yahoo messanger... programs don't work although i configured them
with ISA server IP and port no as proxy server.
what should i do?
Help me PLZ.
