I'm using ISA 2006, the problem that I had face now is when we want to access email such as yahoo mail....ISA had block the page???So email cannot display in properly..??why??PLz help me

Check if they had blocked the yahoo mail page, or, check that http documents is checked in the content-type page in the http filtering.

Check the live monitoring tab, and see whats blocking these pages.

Do u have any web filter installed on ISA Server ?

I am having a problem but it is with 2004 SP3. So you are not alone. I think the yahoo beta is not going extremely smoothly.

I have resolved my issues with yahoo. I did an overhaul on my server and realize there were some major items mis-configured.

1. My internal network ranges were setup 192.168.x.1-192.168.x.254. From what I have read ISA should have x.0-x.255 setup or it will drop packets.

2. Nic settings were incorrect. Had ISA registering in DNS and appending internal suffix to addresses. A big no-no. DNS requests were slow and funky.

3. Revisited my rule sets and removed unneeded rules.

4. Our ISP DNS...even with the corrections was still extremely slow. I temporarily changed my resolvers to OpenDNS and resolution speeds improved significantly. I have a caching only dns server on my ISA and I ran a dns debug which helped figure out this and number 2. The log was very interesting and insightful.

I inherited this server when I started and it has had many changes and patches. I am considering a fresh ISA 2006 build in the near future.

The point is... There is hope of getting Yahoo to work correctly. Can be just like finding a needle in a hay stack but the answer is there.
