problem ftp server behind ISA 2000

I runing ISA 2000 on an sb 2003 server and my ftp server is on my xp client computer
for a weeka ago working my ftp but not longer can logging in but not seeing my maps there but another can logging in and see directory.

i get a error:

Response: 425 Cannot open data connection.
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing

what is that wrong hope som can help me
